Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Nature of the Services

The Services provide education, commentary, and community discussion related to trading and markets. Nothing on the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance, examples, and testimonials are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

Accounts and memberships

Access to certain programs or communities may require registration, payment, or acceptance of additional platform terms (for example Discord or Whop). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Membership benefits, pricing, and availability are subject to change with notice where required.

Payments and refunds

Fees for paid offerings are disclosed at checkout or on the relevant product page. Payments may be processed by third-party providers; their terms apply to billing disputes handled through those channels unless we state otherwise.

Refund eligibility, if any, is described at the time of purchase or in program-specific policies. Unless expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once access is granted.

Intellectual property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, recordings, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your membership.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, record, or publicly share paid content without our prior written consent.

User conduct

You agree not to harass others, share unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, impersonate others, or use the Services to distribute spam or malware. We may remove content and terminate access for violations.

Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUKEGUY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT OFFERING IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF NO SUCH PAYMENT WAS MADE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NukeGuy and its personnel from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason with notice where practicable. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of this page.
